If only we had more time, we would have stayed here for even longer (we stayed 4 nights). The room was big and clean. The bathroom as well. There is a closet, tv, hot shower, nice reading light at the bed. The beds were very comfortable. We booked a room without a window, but we ended up getting a window anyway! The pool is very nice (a bit cold but refreshing), we were in there once a day to cool off. It is a short distance to a 7-eleven. For dinner the kodam kitchen is closeby (best thai food ever). Downstairs you can get boiling water and still water for free and the staff was helpful. Would 100% stay here again.

We had a room with a balcony. The room is a decent size with plenty of storage. The balcony faces towards the sunset, which is a bonus and means it is sunny late afternoon. The staff are really friendly and helpful. We didn't use the pool as we prefer the beach. It is small and has no seating, but hey, it's a pool at a low cost hotel! The hotel is set back from the road. The area overlooked from the balcony is also quiet. There is easy walking access to beaches, bars restaurants etc. First properly hot room shower we've had in SE Asia

We loved staying at Ben’s House! The location was excellent (2 min walk from a small market and 7/11, 7 min to Ao Nang Beach, 15 min to a local mosque and tons of cheaper restaurant options). Our room was quite large, with A/C and a fridge. Everything was very clean. There is also a water dispenser downstairs where you can fill your water bottle! We definitely recommend staying at Ben’s House!

Really enjoyed my time at Ben’s House! The property is great value for money and the ladies at the front office were really helpful to me, taking me to the hospital when I sprained my ankle in a misfortunate event and even coming back to pick me up as I couldn’t walk properly and there were no grabs around! Extremely helpful for the way they took care of me and 100% would stay here again if I come back to Ao Nang ☺️ Plus the room is really comfortable and well located, close to many superb restaurants, motorbike rental and of course the beach!

Nice place with pool and close to a good restaurant. The lady in the reception, Kao, is exceptionally sweet and helpful and asks you every day where you have been and what your plan is for tomorrow. she can also help you book some tours in case of interest. she helped me to get a taxi to the airport for the same price as a grab and it was the fanciest ride I’ve had since starting backpacking 4 months ago!

The location was very convenient because the night market and all the restaurants and just down the street. And the ferry to the islands is in walking distance. We got the ocean view room and since my fiance loves to birdwatch, he could actually enjoyed the activity right from the balcony. The pool was quite cold since sunlight doesn't reach it but we enjoyed swimming in it. And finally, the staffs are so lovely and friendly. I love BEN HOUSE!!

Everything was great, but the most cool in this hotel is the girl on reception!!! Always with big smile and always super supportive! I ask her is there any chance to check in earlier? Sort it! I ask her for loundry? Sort it! Rent motorbike? Sort! Extend renting time few hours? No problem! I wish to got in every place receptionist like her! Thx! ;*

Our favourite stay in Krabi! Khow the hotel manager is super friendly and she will go above and beyond for her guests! The room is very comfortable and always clean. Khow helped us find a private tour for the Lagoons and Temples around Krabi which was great! Khow also helped us sort a taxi from Krabi to Koh Lanta.

The receptionist was just incredibly nice. My husband was in the hospital in Ao Nang at the time and she helped me a lot, taking me to the hospital several times on a scooter and even offering to bring me some food to the hospital. I can't tell you how grateful I am to her for that!

Super friendly staff! Asked me every day what my plan was and how I was doing. Cleaned my room every day and in general everything was super clean. Also free water and bananas :)
